All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Placing you order
Please check that all information is correct before placing an order, as once your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes.
Once you have placed an order with us you will receive an email acknowledgement from our team or from PayPal, if you used this form of payment. We aim to send you an email once your order has been dispatched, however it may not be possible during busy periods. We aim to ensure all orders are sent out within 3 working days, however If there is a delay we will inform you as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a £20 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
For added security we use paypal to process all orders. This is a secure form of payment where we will not be able to view your card or bank details.
Confidentiality
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products
Our Products
We aim to provide high quality and affordable products to our customers we therefore check all our items Prior to sending to you. We aim to be as accurate as possible when describing our products however designs may vary slightly. Please take this into consideration before placing an order with us. All hijabs should be hand washed unless otherwise stated.
Delivery
We are not held responsible for delivery times as this can vary depending on the postal service. If you haven't received your parcel we have to wait until 15 days for UK orders in order to make a claim to Royal mail, and 30 days for International orders. We then have to wait until we hear back from the postal service before we can offer any form of compensation. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries and may provide tracking if available for your purchase

International Customers & Shipping:
If you are a International customer please contact us in the First instance so we can give you accurate estimate of postage and delivery times. There can be delays due to many factors including higher volume of mail, increased security concerns and time to clear customs. Beautiful Hijabs 4u has no control over the postal services and therefore cannot and will not guarantee arrival dates or give credit for delays in shipping.
Payment
We accept all payments via Paypal all major Credit/Debit Cards, Accepted his is a secure form of payment where we will not be able to view your card or bank details.

Refund & Returns Policy
If you find one of our products deemed to be faulty please contact us immediately we may ask you to send us a photo of the damage. A full refund will then be made (excluding postage costs, if other items were ordered). If the item is still in stock we can offer an exchange.
Refunds/exchanges may take up to 7 days, however during busy periods it may take longer. We will only refund/exchange once we have received the item in a satisfactory. Please insure that items are packaged well and sent back via recorded means as it is your responsibility to insure parcels reach us. Refunds can only be made to the original account from which purchases were made.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded
Availability
Occasionally an item that has been ordered may be out of stock. If this does happen, we will inform you via email as soon as possible and offer either a refund or an alternative.
We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice.
